What we do

  1. Non-disclosure agreements (NDA). Protect your idea before you talk about it with third parties.
  2. Collaboration and licence agreements. Set out who owns the rights and who may commercialise them: exclusive or non-exclusive, per country or region, for a fixed sum or a royalty.
  3. Portfolio management. We keep track of your deadlines and pay the official fees on time.
  4. IP strategy. Which protection suits your business plan, and in which order?
  5. Interim (in-house) IP management. Temporarily your internal IP manager.
